in connection with legal proceedings, investigations of crimes, or other
governmental investigations. Transferring Personally-Identifiable Information
and Confidential Information in connection with a sale or merger and sharing
Personally-Identifiable Information with an entity is considered an Onward Transfer to third parties.
Access; Removal, Review and Correction. Customers can, by e mailing

remove, review and correct the Personally Identifiable Information that has been
collected from them by the Company. The Company uses reasonable measures to
check that Personally Identifiable Information is reliable for its intended use
and is accurate, complete, and current. Confidential Information
of a customer is owned by such customer, which is responsible for checking its
accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
Review. To ensure that the Company follows this Privacy Policy, the
Company shall conduct periodic and random reviews of the Company's compliance
with this Privacy Policy. The results of these reviews will be shared with
senior management of the Company.
Binding Agreement; Changes. Any user that accesses all or any part of
this Web site agrees that such user is at least eighteen (18) years old and that
such user has consented to this Privacy Policy. Each time a user accesses this
Web site, this Privacy Policy should be reviewed because the Company reserves the
right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time, provided that such
